Black Sea security first. Opportunities and limits in the context of the Montreux Convention

The Montreux Convention has once again become one of the international normative acts maximum interest, in context Russian-Ukrainian conflict. rights and obligations stipulated content this act are carefully studied terms effects generated, especially at military, economic geostrategic level.
